Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) identify any Areas of Potential Environmental Concern associated with historical and contemporary land uses of the subject property and surrounding areas. The scope of Phase I ESAs include a historical review, site visit, and interviews with individuals with historical knowledge of the site to identify existing contaminant indicators.

Our Phase 1 ESAs are written in accordance with CMHC Interpretation Guidelines that incorporate the requirements from the CMHC Policy for Managing Environmental Risks and CSA Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Information Product Z768-94.
